Wallet conditions

The Kuulis wallet exists to pay the driver's monthly subscription.

1. What the balance is

• It is prepaid credit to use within Kuulis, in USD. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and is not electronic money.
• It cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. Kuulis does not refund the balance, except for an error on our side.

2. Top-ups

• You top up with USDT through Binance Pay to the Kuulis account the app shows, with the minimum amount shown.
• Register your Binance Pay ID in the app so your top-ups are credited automatically. If it does not match, the team reviews and assigns it by hand.
• Binance or network fees, if any, are paid by whoever tops up.

3. Using the balance

• The monthly fee is taken from the balance automatically.
• Kuulis credits here the difference on promotional rides and other benefits, such as inviting other drivers.

4. Transfers

You can transfer balance to another driver, with a monthly limit on what you send. Check the recipient carefully: a transfer cannot be undone.

5. Adjustments

The Kuulis team may correct the balance for errors, fraud or claims, with a recorded reason. Large adjustments are reviewed by a second person.

6. If you delete your account

The balance is lost when you delete your account. Transfer it first if you want to keep it.
