Terms and conditions

Version 1 · Oct 11, 2026

Draft pending legal review. The Kuulis team prepared this text and a Venezuelan lawyer has not reviewed it yet. Details in brackets will be completed before launch. The Spanish version prevails.

1. Who we are and what Kuulis does

Kuulis is an app that connects people who need a ride (riders) with independent motorbike or car drivers who offer that service (drivers). Kuulis is operated by [Name or company, RIF and address] ("Kuulis", "we").

Kuulis does not provide transportation. A ride is an agreement between the rider and the driver. Kuulis provides the technology to meet, price the ride, follow it and report problems.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the app you accept these Terms, the Privacy policy and the Community guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Kuulis. When we make an important change we will show it in the app and you will need to accept it to keep requesting rides.

3. Account requirements

  • You must be over 18. A minor may only ride together with an adult who has their own account.
  • Your details must be real and up to date. The account is personal: do not share or sell it.
  • You are responsible for what happens with your account. If you think someone accessed it, change your password and contact us.

4. How a ride works

  1. You set the pickup and destination. The app prices the ride with the current fares (base, distance, time and, where they apply, time-of-day or demand surcharges and promotions).
  2. A nearby driver accepts the ride. You can see their name, photo, vehicle, plate and rating.
  3. You pay the driver directly, with the method you agree on (cash, pago móvil, Binance, Zelle or another one the app shows). The amount is the one the app shows. Kuulis never receives or holds that money.
  4. At the end, each side rates the other.

When a promotion lowers the price, Kuulis covers the difference with the driver; you pay the discounted price.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a ride before it starts. Frequent or abusive cancellations may lead to a suspension.

6. Conduct

Treat the driver with respect and follow the Community guidelines and traffic laws. Using Kuulis for illegal activities, carrying forbidden items or putting others at risk is forbidden.

7. Safety

  • Wear the helmet the driver offers you on motorbike rides.
  • You can share your ride with a trusted contact and report any incident from the app.
  • In an emergency, call emergency services first. Kuulis is not an emergency service.

8. Reports, suspension and closure

We review reports and may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Community guidelines, or that puts other people at risk. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

9. Liability

  • Kuulis is not a party to the transportation agreement and is not liable for the conduct of drivers or riders, or for loss, damage or injury during a ride, except where the law does not allow limiting it.
  • The app is provided "as is". It may have outages or bugs; we work to fix them but do not guarantee it will always work without failures.
  • Items left behind are their owner's responsibility. We help you contact the driver.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the app. For 30 days you can recover it by signing in again; after that we erase your personal data as the Privacy policy explains.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version with its date and ask you to accept it when the change is important.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. [Competent courts to be defined with the lawyer.]
