Feeling safe is part of the ride.
This is what the app does before, during and after every ride. We only list what already works.
Before
Verified drivers
We review their documents and their bike before they can go online. No approval, no rides.
You know who's coming
You see their name, photo, rating and bike: make, model, color and plate.
During
Start PIN
In Caracas, the ride doesn't start until you give the driver your PIN.
Live trip
Share a link and your people follow the ride on the map until you arrive. If you save trusted contacts, the app offers to tell them as soon as a driver is assigned.
In-app chat
You talk to the driver through the ride's chat.
Ride for someone else
If the ride is for someone else, you send them their own link, with the ride's PIN when it applies.
All good?
If the ride stops for a long time or leaves the route, the app asks both of you whether everything is fine.
If something happens
SOS button
Hold it down and the app calls 911. Then you send your live location to your trusted contacts, one tap each.
Report a problem
From your ride history you report a problem or a lost item, and we ask the driver.
After
Ratings both ways
When the ride ends, you rate the driver and the driver rates you.
Kuulis doesn't replace emergency services. If you're in danger, call 911.
